What

The purpose of this request for applications (RFA) is to support the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN) in Rwanda, in deepening digital financial inclusion and closing the financial inclusion gap through promoting their Long-Term Savings Scheme (LTSS/EjoHeza).
