Amela Cosovic is a seasoned finance and program management professional with over 25 years of international experience. She is a CIMA-qualified Management Accountant, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA), and a certified CIPS Procurement Specialist. Her expertise spans financial due diligence, strategic management, and donor coordination, with a proven track record of leading large teams and managing high-impact projects for organizations such as the European Commission, UNDP, and UNCDF.

Currently serving as the Programme Management Specialist at the Better Than Cash Alliance, Amela plays a pivotal role in driving the Alliance’s strategic and operational execution. She oversees global programs, budgeting, compliance, and financial transparency while ensuring robust donor reporting and fostering cross-functional collaboration to advance the organization’s objectives.
